by Lisa Samuel March 4, 2017March 18, 2020.

When I received my February edition of Bon Appétit Magazine, I cheered. I love that a food magazine is promoting a healthyish way of eating, not as a diet or deprivation, but as…

Hello! I’m Lisa.

Hello! I’m Lisa.

I’m so glad you’re here. The heart and soul behind this site is to inspire beautiful, intentional everyday living whether at home or traveling. I am married to my best friend, Elie, and we are adoring parents to a little boy, Theo. Until Theo was born, I was a practicing registered dietitian nutritionist, but now I am a full-time mama and part-time writer and teacher, sharing inspiration here and at select events. Since Theo was born, my purpose in life has shifted to being a consistent model for my son on how to live joyfully, do good and be kind. My hope is you find inspiration here, too. Thank you for being here.

Hello! I’m Lisa.
