Sarah Murphy-Kangas to offer a unique virtual retreat for women! An Enneagram Mini-Retreat, a time for soulful learning and reflection.
Sarah and I were disappointed to have postponed the Enneagram dinners that filled up so quickly, but we want to make room for learning and connection to continue thriving even in these dark times. As professional facilitator, Sarah has experienced that intentionally crafted online gatherings can be almost as wonderful! And, as we’re stuck with ourselves during this season of social distancing, there is no better time to grow in self-awareness, and the Enneagram is a powerful tool to help us do that.
This Saturday morning will include:
- A handmade care package delivered to you by Friday, June 26, including a light breakfast, an aromatherapy candle and hard copies of learning materials we’ll be using.
- Enneagram learning and facilitation from Sarah Murphy-Kangas, a fellow Enneagram learner and enthusiast. The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing tool which shows us 9 ways of being in the world and how we can go beyond our personality types to essence. Sarah has been studying the Enneagram for 20 years and teaching it for the last 5. Her experience is that it helps us be less judgmental, more compassionate toward ourselves and others, and better able to have a sense of humor about our shadow sides.
- An experience of mindful embodiment led by Lisa Samuel, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and mindfulness enthusiast.
- Time for quiet reflection (if you can find a spot in your house or garden to get away, which we recommend!)
Upon registration, you’ll receive a link, a Zoom “cheat sheet,"and some lightweight “homework” for the retreat.
