In the fall of 2012, Elie and I took my Mom, Carolyn, to Sonoma for a little R&R, landing in California to a balmy 83 degrees (from a chilly and rainy Bellingham). It wasn’t just sun we were after. Biking, hiking, wine tasting, napping and eating great food (not necessarily in that order) were also on our agenda. We checked them each off the list, one by one.
I wrote about this trip before Simmstown was created, so you can read about our trip to Sonoma on the Nourish RDs blog, here.
